One can only be amazed at the supmree arrogance and ignorance that has arisen in my beloved America.I’m finding it very difficult to believe that you seriously consider a courtly bow which is the etiquette of Heads of state, as similar with the full on bending of the knee and kissing of the raised hand.Since there has been much rhetoric on line in regards to this and apparently you don’t know the difference either, I will provide a rudimentary discourse.The etiquette for Heads of State is to give a courtly bow of the upper part of the body while remaining up right so as not to show fealty to the head of the other nation.Even Obama’s bow to the Japanese Prime Minister was considered acceptable because that is simply a version of a common bow in Japan, He was showing respect to the culture.What Obama did in the picture I downloaded and commented on in my blog, was to either knowingly or unknowingly was to completely lower himself to the ground, on one knee and kissing the outstretched hand of the head of state in front of him who did not even get out of his chair in respect to the President of the United States of America.That is an insult and affront to the dignity of America and the office of the President of the United States of America. Now while I don’t care for Obama one whit, he is the POTUS, as such I respect the position of POTUS and the Constitution of the United States and Obama has stated numerous times even before his election that the Constitution is not written in stone it’s a fluid document. He has spent in the eye of Americans by violating several long standing traditions and by ignoring their voice since his election. This is just one of several affronts to the people he swore and Oath to protect, honor, and serve, and to the Constitution he swore an Oath to uphold, honor and serve.

Our country needs a president who is a leader. Obama has no experience being a leader. He has failed to get the parties to work with eachother, he has failed in commanding the respect of the congress people. Bush left him a a load of junk, but Obama has made it so much worse. A leader would lead us out of this mess not make it worse. A leader wouldn’t triple the deficit on his watch.

No presidents shouldnt get more money bcoz everything is provided to him by state eg.school fees of his children, transiport expences etc.unlike an oldinary person like me whom every expence has to be held by my salary

(D) I agree with you, I’m from Angola and trust me he has done nothing but to robe us blind from day one. In all the times that we have had elections he has forged the elections to his favor. His children are now robbing us blind we have nothing but poor people in the country and they get rich by the second. For your information this website can’t be seen on a normal Angolan internet. it has to an international internet in order for me to get in touch with the ideas that u guys have. Till today we don’t have running water, we don’t electricity for the whole country. its days in and out without it, people don-t have homes to go to. Every piece of land belongs to them (him and his family or his best friends.) all he has done for us is nothing. Killing Savimbe was a mistake at least he was an honest man unlike him. His 1st born spent 4 000 000.00 dollars for her weeding alone. People here are dying because they don-t have 30cents to buy a piece of bread to eat. if you speak at up the next you are dead, or in jail or something worse. And they don’t just kill you they kill your whole family so that no one can claim you missing. Everything is controlled by him but yet he does nothing to resolve our problems. He is preparing his son to take over for him has preside what the hell is this are we monarch’s now that we just put our sons or daughters in the power? He just recently placed his ex-wife in a very important position to which she no preparation license to govern. So yes (D) I agree with everything you said and more. And Maureen research well before you decide to talk crap that you know nothing about.

I don’t like his running of our country at all…and would like to see us back like we used to be…proud to live in the U.S.A. not him going to other countries apologizing for us…I like what the British leader said about “see how many people who are trying to get into the U.S. and see how many are wanting to get out..” so that should tell you how great America still is…but no thanks to Obama….When the pilgrims came here, they wanted freedom from the the oppressions that had been placed on them, and that seems to be what Obama is trying to do to us…As I understand Socialism, the leaders have everything and the rest of the people have nothing…We have to have a vision for something better, like the Bible says or the people perish…
